TRAI SMS Policy
Due to the new TRAI regulations, there will be a few changes with respect to SMS alerts starting 27th September 2011.

What will change?
Members not registered to DND (Do Not Disturb) will receive SMS alerts only between 9AM - 9PM. SMS alerts for any transactions conducted post 9PM will be sent out the next day.

Members registered to DND will not receive any SMS alerts.

What you need to do?
If DND registered members wish to receive SMS alerts for their transactions, please do ONE of the following:

1. SMS "START 1" to 1909 to activate partial-DND, allowing you to receive SMS alerts from all ‘Banking/Insurance/Financial Products/Credit Cards’ companies
2. SMS "STOP" to 1909 to de-register from DND, allowing you to receive SMS alerts from all categories
